Week 1: Site Visit and Design

We walk your yard in person, measure the space, and talk through how you'll actually use it — slope, drainage, and any HOA rules get noted here. You get a real layout and an itemized, transparent written estimate before any commitment.

Weeks 1–3: Permitting

Once you approve the design, we prepare drawings and file the building permit with the correct county or city office at no additional charge. This is usually the longest single stretch of the timeline, since it depends on the local permitting office's queue rather than our crew's schedule.

Construction: 2 to 4 Days

Once materials are on-site and the permit is approved, most standard deck projects take just 2 to 4 construction days. Multi-level, pool-deck, or larger pergola-integrated projects can run longer depending on complexity and scheduling around inspections.

Final Walkthrough
